UFC 166 is taking shape in a hurry. A new lightweight bout has been announced for the events undercard. According to reports, George Sotiropoulos and KJ Noons are set to face off, and they are both in need of a win. Sotiropoulos, who hasn’t fought in 2013, is looking to rebound from a three fight losing streak, with the most recent one coming via TKO at the hands of Ross Pearson. KJ Noons is looking to rebound from a three fight losing streak as well, but two of those fights were under the Strikeforce banner. Noons' most recent loss came by way of unanimous decision against Donald Cerrone at UFC 160.

The Age Sports made the announcement on Wednesday afternoon. UFC 166: Velasquez Vs Dos Santos III takes place on October 19 at the Toyota Center in Houston, Texas. The main event will be the trilogy fight between current Heavyweight Champion Cain Velasquez and Former UFC Heavyweight Champion Junior dos Santos.
