When Anderson Silva left the octagon with his first UFC loss, fans around the world were left wondering what the former champ was going to do next after UFC 162: Silva Vs Weidman. Silva declined a rematch with Chris Weidman when asked about it by commentator Joe Rogan, but UFC President Dana White was quick to let everyone know that he was going to make this fight happen at the post fight press conference. During the long run up to the fight, Weidman said that he would beat Silva in July and rematch him on Superbowl Weekend, but it looks like that fight might get pushed up. Seems White has been telling reporters that he is looking to move the fight up to UFC 168 which is the UFC’s yearly New Years Eve card.
