Jeff Curran has seen and done it all. Beginning his career as a glorified lightweight, Curran made trips to the UFC against Matt Serra before making his inception in the WEC some years later, heralded as one of the best fighters in the featherweight division. With victories over the likes of Antonio Carvalho, Wagnney Fabiano, and Rafael Assuncao, Curran made the case for a title shot against then featherweight kingpin Urijah Faber, though he succumbed to a second-round guillotine choke. Fighters.com: Would you say that the approaching title bout is the most important fight of your life? ...

Palaszewski’s coach “Big Frog” Jeff Curran (30-10-1) made the announcement Sunday, which was how "Bartimus" found out as well. Palaszewski most recently fought in June at Adrenaline’s debut event, where he TKO’d Jeffrey Cox (9-6) in the second round. WEC featherweight Curran also announced he would move down to bantamweight. After fighting “California Kid” Urijah Faber (21-1) unsuccessfully for his belt in December, he lost a unanimous decision in June to Mike Thomas Brown (17-4). ...
