After Fighters.com received death threats and an ominous blood and other bodily fluid-stained hockey mask in the mail from horror geeks, I went back to my source that told me Former UFC heavyweight champion “Maine-iac” Tim Sylvia (24-6) is a stand-in for horror film icon Jason Voorhees. "I made a couple mistakes...," admitted my source, who is very close to Sylvia. "Tim is a stand-in for Michael Myers in the 'Halloween' movie out now." So, Sylvia is standing-in as Michael Myers, not Jason Voorhees. Being a person afraid of things that could really happen and generally bored by horror films, I don't know whether or not this is equally as outrageous to horror geeks as Sylvia standing-in for Jason Voorhees, but I'm sure I'll find out soon enough. ...

Former UFC Welterweight Champion and renowned trainer of the pros “Croation Sensation” Pat Miletich (28-7-2) will return to competition at Adrenaline’s second event 11 December in Moline, IL, against “Wildman” Thomas Denny (25-17), Inside MMA confirmed Friday. The bout will be Miletich’s second since 2002.  He last fought Renzo Gracie in September 2006 at the IFL, losing via guillotine choke at 3:37 of the first round.
