Urijah Faber sheds locks in support of sister

The holidays are all about family, a fact perfectly exhibited by popular UFC bantamweight Urijah Faber in a recently clip…or clip of a clip as the case may be.

Faber’s younger sister Michaella was recently injured in a serious car crash that saw her in ICU and undergo brain surgery. As part of the process the medical team was forced to shave her head, a small price to pay in the big picture when considering the stakes.

Now, in support of his sibling, the former WEC champion has lopped off his own locks to lend support to her recovery. Faber also documented the process for fans to watch as well as a means of raising awareness.
