Few characters in MMA are as endearing to fans as Wanderlei Silva. He is atop of most hardcore fans’ list of favorite fighters, he embodies the true definition of warrior in the cage to analysts around the globe, and there is no doubt he is a future Hall of Famer.
Recently, the former PRIDE champion released a video to promote his upcoming fight with Brian Stann at UFC on Fuel 8, where ‘The Axe Murderer’ explains what it was like to fight in Japan during the glory days of the nation’s biggest MMA promotion. He also discusses fighting Hidehiko Yoshida and Quinton Jackson in the same night, and how he deal with his hand injury in order to win the bouts.
