DREAM v Sengoku: Shinya Aoki v Mizuto Hirota, Tatsuya Kawajiri v Kazunori Yokota

Fighters.com’s second-ranked lightweight and DREAM champion “Tobikan Judan” Shinya Aoki (14-3) has been matched up versus Sengoku champ Mizuto Hirota (9-3) at Fields Dynamite!! 2009 in Tokyo on New Year’s Eve, the promotion announced Tuesday.
Eigth-ranked “Crusher” Tatsuya Kawajiri (25-5-2) has drawn Kazunori Yokota (9-2-2) at the same event.
When the collaboration between DREAM and Sengoku at Dynamite!! was announced last month, Aoki slighted Hirota by telling the press conference he had never heard of Hirota.
Aoki tapped out fourth-ranked “Hellboy” Joachim Hansen (18-7) at DREAM.11 in Yokohama October 6, avenging a loss he suffered in 2008.
Hirota won the Sengoku title by TKOing Satoru Kitaoka (24-9-7) at Ninth Battle in Tokyo August 2.
Kawajiri TKO’d “Barracuda” Melchor Manibusan (1-1) at DREAM.11.
Yokota won a UD over Eiji Mitsuoka (15-6-2) at Eleventh Battle in Tokyo November 7.
