The Ultimate Fighter 16 Medical Suspensions

The Medical suspensions for The Ultimate Fighter 16 Finale have been released by the NSAC, and ten of the evening’s competitors have been suspended with injuries. Four fighters are possibly out for six months, or at least until they get cleared by doctors. Below is the full list of medical suspensions for the entire card.

TUF 16 Finale Medical Suspensions

Matt Mitrione: Suspended until January 30, 2013 with no contact until January 15.

Pat Barry: Must have right foot x-rayed. If positive, he must get orthopedic clearance or he is suspended until June 15, 2013, or until he gets his foot x-rayed and cleared.

Shane Del Rosario: Suspended until January 30, 2013 with no contact until January 15.

James Head: Suspended until January 30, 2013 with no contact until January 15 due to right upper eyelid laceration.

Marcos Vinicius: suspended until June 15, 2013, or until he is cleared by doctors for a possible orbital bone fracture and internal sinus injuries. Has a minimum suspension until February 14 with no contact until January 30.

Vince Pichel: suspended until June 15, 2013, or until he has his left foot cleared by an orthopedic doctor or he is suspended until June 15, 2013. Has a minimum suspension until February 14 with no contact until January 30.

Nick Catone: Suspended until January 15, 2013 with no contact until January 6.

Reuben Duran: Suspended until January 30, 2013 with no contact until January 15.

John Cofer: Suspended until June 15, 2013, or until his right shoulder x-rayed and cleared by an orthopedic doctor or he is.

Jared Papazian: Suspended until January 30, 2013 with no contact until January 15 due to a laceration above his left eye.
