Reported: Jon Jones Versus Brandon Vera Live on Versus

A light heavyweight brawl between “Truth” Brandon Vera (11-4) and “Bones” Jon Jones (9-1) is targeted for UFC’s debut on Versus March 21, according to Vera via Twitter.

Vera lost a unanimous decision to former UFC heavyweight and light heavyweight champ “The Natural” Randy Couture (17-10) at UFC 105 in Manchester November 14, but the decision was controversial and Vera may have earned respect for his performance in a grueling main event.

Jones lost to The Ultimate Fighter 3’s “Hammer” Matt Hamill (7-2) by disqualification when he threw an illegal “12-6″ elbow at SpikeTV’s  The Ultimate Fighter 10 Finale in Las Vegas December 5.
