The lineup for UFC on FX 6 may not have been the strongest in the world but there’s no question the card delivered as much entertainment as any other in recent memory including the evening’s featured fights. Among the most memorable moments were finishes from Hector Lombard and Ross Pearson.
Lombard locked up his first UFC win by blasting Rousimar Palhares in the opening round of action, dropping him a few times before sealing the deal, living up to the promise he showed in Bellator. Meanwhile, Pearson settled a personal score with opposing TUF: Australia vs. UK coach George Sotiropoulos in tremendous fashion, knocking the Aussie out in the third frame of their fight.

I heard that too. Pretty wild. Anyways, enjoyed the show. I wish Lombard would cut down to 170 where he’d be amongst opponents his size.
Anyone else hear about how Sotiropoulos jumped one of Pearson’s coaches during filming and got KO’d because of it?
Bad ass show last night. Very cool to see Lombard be Lombard.
