UFC's Thiago Tavares Back With American Top Team

Tavares photo courtesy of Josh Hedges and Zuffa, LLC. UFC lightweight Thiago Tavares (13-3) will reunite with his previous camp, American Top Team, to prepare for his fight versus Manny Gamburyan (8-4) at UFC 94 in Las Vegas 31 January, ATT announced today.

Tavares began training at ATT six years ago, but left to join Brazilian Top Team affliliate Ataque-Duplo in Brazil.

Tavares has lost three of his last four fights, most recently a unanimous decision to “Batman” Kurt Pellegrino (13-4) at UFC 88 in Atlanta 6 September.
