Estevan Payan and Michael Bravo were supposed to fight at the cancelled November 3 Strikeforce event, but the bout has been rebooked for Strikeforce: Marquardt vs. Saffiedine to take place on January 12. Payan (13-3) is riding a six-fight winning streak, though when he gets into the cage it will have been more than a year since he last saw action. Meanwhile, Bravo (7-3) will be making his Strikeforce debut on what will likely be the promotion’s last event. All seven of Bravo’s wins have involved strike-based stoppages.
MMAJunkie Reported:
A lightweight bout between Estevan Payan and Michael Bravo is the latest addition to next month’s Strikeforce event. The fight booking is one that was made for the Nov. 3 card that was canceled. But the two fighters still will meet, just a little delayed from the original plan. Sources close to the fight on Thursday confirmed the news.

Bad fight for Payan…Bravo is a handful
this will still be a fun card…despite the champions
i imagine this one will be the curtain jerker
