UFC Hall of Famers and former champs “The Natural” Randy Couture (17-10) and “Hammer” Mark Coleman (15-8) will fight at UFC 109 in Las Vegas February 6, according to Coleman’s manager, Michael DiSabato, at MMA Weekly.
DiSabato told MMA Weekly, “Better now than never!”
The two MMA legends have never fought during their storied careers.
Forty-six year old Couture narrowly won a three-round unanimous decision over “Truth” Brandon Vera (11-4) in Couture’s return to 205-pounds at UFC 105 in Manchester Saturday.
Forty-four year old Coleman won a unanimous decision over The Ultimate Fighter 1 light heavyweight “American Psycho” Stephan Bonnar (11-6) at UFC 100 in Las Vegas July 11.
The match-up is the oldest in the UFC’s history at a combined 90-years.
