Former UFC lightweight champ “Little Evil” Jens Pulver (22-10-1) confirmed Sunday he is preparing for another fight, according to MMA Weekly.
In a post from his official Facebook profile Pulver stated, “Tomorrow I start training camp.”
Pulver hasn’t been booked for a specific WEC event yet, a source close to the fighter’s training camp told MMA Junkie.
Pulver publicly battled inner demons such as depression over the years and seemingly left the sport of MMA for good following his loss to Josh Grispi (1-0) at WEC 41 in June of 2009. But, the early UFC superstar found recent success through medication over his mental disorders and is motivated to make a run at a comeback.
