Mike Pierce in for Kyle Noke against Seth Baczynski at UFC on FX 6

Kyle Noke was two weeks out from fighting in front of his countrymen at UFC on FX 6 where he was looking to add another win after his UFC 152 finish of Charlie Brenneman when he was forced to pull out of the planned pairing with an injury. As a result, Mike Pierce will now step in for Noke and take on Seth Baczynski at the event.

UFC officials have confirmed the change in clash.

Fans last saw Pierce at UFC on FX 5 in October when he knocked out Aaron Simpson thirty seconds into the second round of their fight. Pierce is riding a two-fight winning streak with a UFC record of 7-3.

Meanwhile, Baczynski has won four in a row coming into the clash. “The Polish Pistola” last fought Simeon Thoresen in September and got the knockout win in the closing moments of the first frame.

UFC on FX 6 takes place on December 15 in Queensland, Australia and will be headlined by the TUF: Australia vs. UK coaches George Sotiropoulos and Ross Pearson. The finals from the show will also be held at the show, as will a middleweight meeting between Rousimar Palhares-Hector Lombard.
