Fighters.com’s second-ranked heavyweight and UFC champion Brock Lesnar (4-1) has withdrawn from his UFC 106 title defense versus sixth-ranked Shane Carwin (10-0) due to illness, according to Yahoo!Sports.
UFC President Dana White confirmed the report. White told Yahoo!Sports, “He said he’s never been this sick in his life. He said it’s been going on for a long time and he just hasn’t been able to shake it.”
White denied Lesnar has contracted the H1N1 flu virus, erroneously called “swine flu”, and hasn’t decided whether Carwin will match-up versus another fighter or the fight will be postponed.

No one wants to see the circus freak fall all over with hams for hammer fists anyway.
Grim will do well against this bloated pig.
I will NEVER respect this clown of a fighter. I don’t care if he chokes out GOD himself.
Not some thing that I say often about any fighter. Just this one.
I let another conversation bleed into this one. Sorry.
I was saying Brett Rogers would be fun to see fight Lesnar. Hopefully Carwin can end his fantasy instead.
According to Shane, he will be fighting Brock at UFC 108 on Jan. 2
Maybe he’ll retire before then and take on his “movie” career instead.
Strange, well everyone is allowed to get sick, it’s not unheard of.
Brock lives in the woods he is always hunting. I dont think a bear would stand a chance.
Brock will return and smash any fool stupid enough to challenge him! Frank mir’s stupid for thinking he has a chance! People only hate him cause he was in WWE, but if they handed you a paycheck that big you’d be diving off the top ropes too! Brock will return and continue to dominate the heavymeight division!
