Former UFC light heavyweights “Barbarian” Tim Boetsch (9-3) and Alex Schoenauer (13-9) will rumble at the Philadelphia Motorcycle Show when MMA promotion Respect Is Earned presents Philly Biker Brawl at the Greater Philadelphia Expo Center at Oaks October 10.
Boetsch left the Octagon with a respectable 2-2 record and tapped Team Quest’s Aaron Stark (9-6) at King of the Cage in Everett August 15.
Xtreme Couture’s Schoenauer is an original The Ultimate Fighter contestant and followed up with a 10-fight stint in the IFL. Schoenauer lost a unanimous decision to “Ely” Paulo Filho (15-1) at Bitetti Combat 4 in Rio De Janeiro September 12.
The fight card also features a welterweight matchup between Aaron Meisner (3-1), who enters the fight off his first career loss, and Nova Uniao’s Leonardo Pecanha (7-5), who is coming off a loss himself.
Bellator middleweight Dave Branch (4-0) and Mike Johnson (3-2) will matchup.
Undefeated lightweight prospect Jeff Lentz (5-0) will fight a fighter to be named.
Doors will open at the Greater Philadelphia Expo Center at Oaks at 7:00 PM EST on Saturday, 10 October. Tickets starting at $20 can be purchased at RIE-MMA.com.
