Brock Lesnar Versus Carwin, Tito Ortiz Versus Coleman Official For UFC 106

UFC champ and Fighters.com’s second-ranked heavyweight Brock Lesnar (4-1) will defend his title versus sixth-ranked Shane Carwin (10-0) at UFC 106 at Mandalay Bay Events Center in Las Vegas November 21, the UFC officially announced Monday.

Lesnar beat the pulp out of Frank Mir (12-4) at UFC 100 in Las Vegas in July.

Carwin knocked out former UFC title challenger “Napao” Gabriel Gonzaga (10-4) last March in Columbus at UFC 96.

Also officially announced is a light heavyweight bout between former UFC light heavyweight champion “Huntington Beach Bad Boy” Tito Ortiz (15-6-1) and former UFC heavyweight champion “Hammer” Mark Coleman (16-9).

Ortiz lost a unanimous decision to Fighters.com and UFC Light Heavyweight Champion “Dragon” Ryoto Machida (15-0) at UFC 84 in Las Vegas in May 2008.

Coleman won a unanimous decision over “American Psycho” Stephan Bonnar (11-6) at UFC 100.
