The UFC has signed a new bantamweight, and announced he will be fighting at UFC 166. Shooto 132-pound champion Kyoji Horiguchi has a signed a deal with the UFC and will make his debut against Dustin Pague. Horiguchi is riding a 5 fight winning streak that includes not only winning the Shooto belt but he has also defending it. Pague is more than likely in a win or go home match as he has dropped his last 3 bouts in the octagon.
Asianmma.com was the first to break the news. UFC 166: Velasquez Vs Dos Santos III takes place on October 19 at the Toyota Center in Houston, Texas. The main event will be the trilogy fight between current Heavyweight Champion Cain Velasquez and Former UFC Heavyweight Champion Junior dos Santos. In the co main event, Strikeforce Heavyweight Grand Prix winner Daniel Cormier will be taking on Roy Nelson.
