Chuck popularized the sport of MMA into the mainstream event it is now. However, 38 yrs is old in a full contact sport unfortunately. I think you would have to be a fool to take anything away from Chuck in his last 2 losses; but it is showing veteran experience cannot make up for lack of speed and dare i say power? Chuck is arguably the best knockout fighter in UFC history, but with guys equaling him in power he will have to pick his next few fights wisely. And let’s give credit to “Sugar,” how about a title fight, Dana?

I agree, Chuck is one of the best fighters in ufc history and should walk away on top and not on a loss. I would love to see him fight some more don’t get me wrong but I guess we shall see what happens.

I think Chuck is one of the greatest fighters there has ever been. The guy is 38, he deserves to retire if he wants.
Not everyone is Randy Couture.
I thought he should walk away after the last fight. This time was a bit scary. Weather he admits it or not, that was a hell of a clean shot he took. It looked and sounded like a baseball bat. Rashad looked as good as he has ever looked. Great improvements have been made. The new gaurd is stepping in. Chuck, we love you buddy, but I would rather see you walk away now than make it ugly. You done plenty for the sport and for your fans.
