The UFC will put another event on for America’s fighting forces at Fort Bragg, south of Raleigh, 10 December.
The event will be aired on SpikeTV in the States.
The UFC held an event at Marine Corps Air Station Miramar in San Diego in December 2006 headlined by Fighters.com’s seventh-ranked welterweight “Nightmare” Diego Sanchez (18-2) versus “Diesel” Joe Riggs (28-10) and featuring fighters who had served in the U.S. Armed Forces.
Fort Bragg is a U.S. Army base and home of the storied 82nd Airborne Corps.
