The UFC has announced another womens bout for UFC Fight Night 31. Germaine de Randamie and Amanda Nunes has been added to the card scheduled for November 6. De Randamie won her UFC debut against Julie Kedzie at the last UFC On FOX event while Nunes defeated Sheila Gaff at UFC 163 in August.
UFC Fight For The Troops, also known as UFC Fight Night 31, takes place on November 6 at Fort Campbell in Fort Campbell, Kentucky. In the main event, Lyoto Machida will make his middleweight debut against Tim Kennedy. While both fighters are rebounding from losses, many feel Machida should have gotten the nod over Phil Davis. This is the third time the UFC is hosting a Fight For The Troops, and the proceeds from the event will benefit injured soldiers returning from overseas.
