The UFC was burning the midnight oil last night, and while you were either sleeping or having a nightcap, they announced a new welterweight bout for UFC 167. The UFC tweeted that Rick Story and Brian Ebersole will strap on the 4 ounce gloves and go toe-to-toe in the octagon in Vegas. Story has gone 1-1 in 2013 with a win over Quinn Mulhern and a loss to Mike Pyle at UFC 160. Ebersole is also looking to get back in the win column, but he hasn’t been in the octagon since UFC 149 in July of last year.
UFC 167: St-Pierre Vs Hendricks takes place Saturday November 16 at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas, Nevada. In the main event, UFC Welterweight Champion Georges St-Pierre will take on number one contender Johny Hendricks for all the welterweight marbles.
