A new bout has been added to the UFC Fight For The Troops 3 card. Lightweights Bobby Green and James Krause will fight on the card scheduled for Early November. Bobby Green entered the UFC on a four fight winning streak via Strikeforce, and his win over Jacob Volkmann caught the eye of UFC President Dana White. White later encouraged fighters to ‘fight like Bobby Green.’ Krause won his debut via a guillotine choke in the closing seconds of his UFC 161 bout with Sam Stout. Both fighters debuts earned the submission of the night rewards
Fox Sports announced the bout. UFC Fight For The Troops, also known as UFC Fight Night 31, takes place on November 6 at Fort Campbell in Fort Campbell, Kentucky. While no main event has named, many expect the main event to be Lyoto Machida Vs Tim Kennedy. This is the third time the UFC is hosting a Fight For The Troops, and the proceeds from the event will benefit injured soldiers returning from overseas.
