Loosely-retired MMA veteran Jason Miller turned heads a number of times in his career with erratic behavior both in the ring and out of it but nothing could have prepared the sport’s fanbase for the 31-year old’s recent ruckus in a California church. “Mayhem” was arrested, on scene in the nude no less, last month after breaking into a church and wrecking the interior.
Miller recently received a November 21 court date to enter his plea on charges of misdemeanor vandalism where he could be sentenced if admitting his guilt in the matter. If he pleads not guilty a pre-trial hearing will be set.
MMAJunkie confirmed with the Orange County District Attorney’s Office that Miller could face anything from probation to a year in jail if convicted.
Miller: “I have walked down much harder roads than this, many times before…”
A typically outspoken character, Miller has remained mum on the matter for the most part since being taken into custody. However, he has assured fans he is okay mentally/physically, stating the situation will make more sense once additional facts come out.
