Another welterweight bout has been announced for UFC 167. Josh Koscheck will look to rebound from two straight losses when he faces Strikeforce import Tyrone Woodley. Woodley won his UFC debut by knocking out Jay Hieron at UFC 156 but dropped his second bout at UFC 161 to Jake Shields. Koscheck was supposed to face Demian Maia at UFC 163, but was forced off the card with an undisclosed injury. The UFC has made no indication as where the bout will be placed on the card.
The LA Times reported the bout. UFC 167: St-Pierre Vs Hendricks takes place Saturday November 16 at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas, Nevada. In the main event, UFC Welterweight Champion Georges St-Pierre will take on number one contender Johny Hendricks for all the welterweight marbles.
