Former UFC Light Heavyweight Champion Lyoto Machida is pretty upset he isn’t getting a rematch against Phil Davis after his controversial loss against him at UFC 163. However, in the past week or so, many names have been bounced around with who his next opponent will be. UFC President Dana White said that he was interested in making a match up between Machida and Vitor Belfort, but apparently Belfort turned down the match despite it being at 205 pounds. Since then, White said that he is talking with former UFC Welterweight Nick Diaz about coming out of retirement and taking a fight with Machida. In a recent interview, Machida discussed taking a fight with Vitor Belfort, dropping down to middleweight and the possible fight with Nick Diaz.
