In multiple interviews before the UFC On FOX 8: Johnson Vs Moraga weigh ins, UFC President Dana White said that he was trying to make a fight between Vitor Belfort and Tim Kennedy in Brazil. Belfort has been making noise on line saying that he should be getting the fight with Chris Weidman, not Anderson Silva, but White simply laughed that off saying the rematch between Weidman and Silva has to happen. While the UFC has made no official announcement as to the fight being a go, Kennedy took to twitter to announce that he is definitely taking the fight.
Tim Kennedy on twitter:
I’m going to brazil to fight Vitor! I’m bringing ranger panties, Greg Jackson and Ranger Up.
