Returning UFC welterweight champ Georges St-Pierre has been actively updating fans on his condition since going under the knife in December to repair a completely torn ACL, even occasionally providing video of the rehabilitation process. While no images were included with his last bit of new of the matter, none were needed to convey the joyous information as it appears GSP has gotten over the hump and is back to working full speed in the gym.
“I’m back in Montreal and full-time training! Already tried a few kicks – right knee is super strong,” Tweeted the 31-year old title-holder.
St-Pierre’s news seems to indicate he will be ready to fight Carlos Condit in November as had been hoped for. Condit currently holds the division’s interim belt, winning the strap in a clash with Nick Diaz this past February.
