12 Things I Dread About WWE Raw Permanently Switching to Three Hours

RAW officially gains an extra hour each week starting July 23 with shows starting at 8:00 PM EST rather than 9:00 PM EST. I really hope that means we get more great matches and new talent, but WWE has, let’s say, a mixed record when it comes to filling the extra time. Here are some of my nightmares:

- Two-minute highlight reels of seven-second Alicia Fox matches

- Eventually they will run out of finishers to perform on Ricardo Rodriguez

- Zack Ryder Tweeting in front of the men’s room mirror

- Each quarter-hour gets its own general manager

- Chinlocks! Chinlocks! Chinlocks!

- 50% more Alex Riley making small talk with much more important people

- There are only SO many things to put on poles

- USA has a new wacky Kathy Griffin/Spencer Pratt/Gilbert Gottfried comedy this fall

- Randy Orton is just going to start getting new ink on screen now

- Brock Lesnar‘s new roundtable discussion segment, Shared Horizons, a conversation on the issues of the day

- They are still never going to put Derrick Bateman on TV

- “Let’s see that arm drag again, King”

That’s all I’ve got. How about you? Tweet us @FightersMMA with your best hopes and worst fears for the looming third hour.
