Ross Pearson spends night in jail after arrest for suspicion of DUI

Ultimate Fighter winner Ross Pearson has won his share of battles inside the ring but it looks as though he’ll be facing an unfamiliar challenge in the coming months with a courtroom housing the action rather than an arena. The 27-year old featherweight was arrested over the weekend for suspicion of driving under the influence.

Pearson failed a field sobriety test after being pulled over for swerving on the road in Las Vegas and spent a night in jail.

The Brit’s situation was first reported by TMZ.

Neither the UFC or Pearson have commented on the matter. Pearson is in Las Vegas serving as one of the coaches on Dominick Cruz’s Ultimate Fighter 15 team.
