Knucklehead Leben Popped for Dooie

UFC middleweight “Crippler” Chris Leben (18-4) got popped for driving under the influence of alcohol in Oregon Wednesday night and is currently in the slammer for violating his probation, according to the Clackamas County Sheriff’s Office.

Leben is on the UFC 85 roster to fight “The Count” Michael Bisping (15-1) in London 7 June.

Not Leben’s finest moment; but, big deal, I say.  Big deal you say?

We’re not U.K. Immigration.

Leben’s arrest is likely to lead to visa complications with the Brits and may knock him out of his showdown with “The Count”.

Since losing by unanimous decision to Kalib Starnes (8-3-1) last year, Leben has relocated to Hawaii and looked in the best shape of his career while knocking out Terry Martin (16-4) and “Legionarius” Alessio Sakara (12-7).

Bisping is Leben’s biggest opportunity since getting obliterated in 49 seconds in Fighters.com’s first-ranked middleweight “Spider” Anderson Silva’s (21-4) UFC debut.

As long as it doesn’t affect the fight, his DUI rates as a big who gives a shit.

Wow, I agree, Leban is a knucklehead and I used to hate is ass but he is tough as nails and he means well. He’s ADD in a bad way. Quarry would be a better fight though. While Bispings strikes have improved I’m still unimpressed. If he could go toe to toe with a seasoned all around guy with great range like Quarry, I’d buy a Bisping T-shirt and take a picture and use it as my profile pic in here for 3 months straight.
