For the past few years there have been questions about the durability of Andrei Arlovski’s chin and last night it was certainly put to the test when he faced Anthony Johnson at WSOF 2. Arlovski’s injury was revealed along with the list of medical suspensions attached to the event. The 34-year old is out indefinitely until an oral surgeon gives him a green-light to return to the ring.
