Darren Elkins In For Clay Guida at UFC On FOX 7

As reported on Fighters.com, UFC featherweight Clay Guida was injured during training and was out of his UFC On FOX 7, and the UFC was scouring the division for a replacement. Fresh off of his first round technical knockout win over Antonio Carvalho at UFC 158 in Montreal, Canada, the UFC has announced that Darren Elkins will step in and face will face Chad Mendes in San Jose, California.

MMAJunkie reported the bout this morning. UFC On FOX 7 takes place April 20 in San Jose, California and will be headlined by a championship fight between Defending Lightweight Champion Benson Henderson and Defending Strikeforce Champion Gilbert Melendez.
