UFC ‘Fight Night’ Bonuses Locked At $50,000

Historically, it would seem the UFC would just pick a random number for the ‘Fight Night’ bonuses. Sometimes they were as low as $25,000, and even after one successful event they handed out $129,000 to each winner. Rumors began circulating last week that the UFC was going to pick one denomination and keep the bonuses uniform, but the numbers battered around were all different.

UFC President Dana White confirmed today at the UFC 158: St-Pierre Vs Diaz pre fight press conferences that the UFC would now give $50,000 to the bonus winners. There was no reason given for the announcement, but White did reiterate that the smaller shows bonus winners would be getting the same amount.
