In hockey the terms “forgive” and “forget” are not typically found in players’ vocabulary, at least when it comes to past fights or hard hits. Evidence of that attitude surfaced over the weekend when the New York Islanders met with crosstown rivals the New York Rangers and players Micheal Haley-Stu Bickel picked right back up where they left on when the teams met in late December, going right after each other and fighting furiously until split up by the refs.
