WEC Signs Korean Featherweight Chan Sung Jung
By: Fighters.com Staff Posted On: March 6, 2010 at 8:00pmFeatherweight “Korean Zombie” Chan Sung Jung (10-1) has a six-fight deal with the WEC, whose parent company, Zuffa LLC, also owns the UFC. Sherdog confirmed the signing with Korean Top Team Saturday.
Jung enters the WEC off a triangle choke submission victory over “Jagger Bomb” Matt Jaggers (16-7) at Sengoku Ninth Battle last August.
According to Sherdog, Jung could see WEC action as early as April 24.
