Adrenaline MMA V scheduled for March 20 in Youngstown and featuring a main event between former UFC heavyweight champion “Maine-iac” Tim Sylvia (25-6) and Branden Lee Hinkle (14-10) has been rescheduled to April in Findlay, Ohio, according to MMA Junkie.
Tuesday afternoon Sylvia Tweeted that the fight had been canceled; but, according to MMA Junkie, Ohio Athletic Commission executive director Bernie Profato said promoter Monte Cox had requested his event permit be moved to April in Findlay.
Cox has not made a statement about the event. A new date was not confirmed by Profato, nor whether or not Sylvia will be on the card and will fight Hinkle.
