In a recent interview UFC President Dana White broke down how the UFC utilizes social media in order to communicate with the fans. During the one-on-one discussion, White explained how he could never foresee a situation where the UFC would go public and have a stock offering. Fans have heard White say in the past that the idea didn’t really appeal to him, but never heard a bottom line answer like the one he provided this time around.

UFC will never be public because Dana White couldn’t get away with the stuff he does if he had a board to answer to instead of his best buddies (the Fertittas).
I don’t think UFC stock would be that profitable anymore anyways.
