UFC Light Heavyweight Champion Jon Jones recently gave a video interview where he talked about beating up a girl during his formative, adding detail on how it didn’t work out for the future MMA fighter. In an embarrassing moment, Jones and his brother ‘beat up’ one of his older and bigger cousins, and retribution came swiftly when his uncle came to see him moments later.
As hard as it might be to believe considering Jones’ success in the Octagon, he was disciplined right there on the spot in front of everyone in a moment straight out of a movie. You can hear the champ tell the story in the following video where he also talks about what he thinks a man learns about himself in a fight.
