UFC middleweight Tom Lawlor can start planning his wardrobe for an April 6 stop in Stockholm, Sweden after being linked to a match-up with Michael Kuiper at UFC on Fuel 9. Lawlor has become well-known to fans who have come to expect silly weigh-ins and entrances from the colorful 29-year old.
Officials have yet to confirm the clash though it was reported by reliable Swedish outlet MMANytt.
Lawlor is 8-5 in his career with past wins over C.B. Dollaway, Jason MacDonald, and Patrick Cote. Comparably, Kuiper holds an overall record of 12-1 including eleven victories featuring some form of finish.
UFC on Fuel 9 is headlined by a bout between light heavyweight contenders Alexander Gustafsson-Michael Kuiper.
