A featherweight tilt has been added to UFC on FUEL 9, set to go down at the Ericsson Globe Arena in Stockholm, Sweden on April 6. Marcus Brimage will square off with former Cage Warriors champion Conor McGregor who is currently riding eight-fight winning streak. Brimage, who defeated Jim Hettes at UFC 152, will do his best to welcome him to the UFC properly.
The event will be headlined by a light heavyweight battle between Alexander Gustafsson and Gegard Mousasi. Mousasi will be making his octagon debut, and Gustafsson will be doing all he can to spoil the party in front of his countrymen.
