Culinary Union Calls For Removal of Quinton “Rampage” Jackson From Chicago UFC Card

In connection with a number of women’s groups around Chicago, The Culinary Union 226 has issued a press release calling for the removal of former UFC Light-Heavyweight Champion Quinton “Rampage” Jackson from tonight’s UFC On FOX 6 broadcast. The release listed only a few reasons as to why they wanted Jackson removed the card, the main one being an ill-advised attempt at comedy in a video where Jackson tries to “Pick up a girl…fast.” In a statement later, Jackson said he made that video in a bid to get fired by the UFC because he was unhappy with the company.

This has been one of many press releases the Culinary Union has released over the past year. When Fighters.com reached out to the press contact listed for a statement, we were asked what questions we had. Subsequent emails to them were left unanswered.
