An injury has forced Dennis Siver out of his UFC On FUEL 7: Barao Vs McDonald against Cub Swanson. UFC Officials confirmed that Dustin Poirier will step into the featherweight bout for Siver, and face Swanson.
Poirier enters the fight at 13-2 and is coming off of a submission win over Jonathon Brookins. Prior to that, Poirier was riding a 5 fight win streak until he was finished for the first time in his career against Chan Sung Jung in a fight of the night performance and fight of the year candidate.
UFC On FUEL 7: Barao Vs McDonald takes place on February 16 in London, England. The event will take place at the Wembley Arena, and fans in North America can watch the action for free on FUEL TV.
