Sean Spencer Steps in on Short Notice to Fight Rafael Natal at UFC on FOX 6

UFC on FOX 6: Johnson Vs Dodson has undergone yet another late change, as UFC officials have confirmed that Magnus Cedenblad has pulled out of his fight with Rafael Natal and will be replaced by Sean Spencer. Normally a welterweight, the 9-1 Spencer makes his UFC debut on a three-fight winning streak spanning back to 2011 at middleweight.

In a statement sent to media members, the 26-year-old Spencer said, “I am excited for the opportunity to fight at UFC on FOX 6 on Jan. 26. As a fighter, you train for moments like this and just wait for your big break. I’ll be ready to step into the Octagon and show the world what I can bring to the table.”

Natal is coming in to the fight with a pro record of 14-4-1, and is coming off of a knockout loss to Andrew Craig in July. Prior to his loss against Craig, Natal had scored back-to-back victories.

UFC On FOX 6 will be held on January 26 in Chicago and fans around the world will be able to watch the fights live on FOX.
