When fans began complaining about the payment system during Saturday’s Invicta FC 4 pay per view broadcast, CEO Shannon Knapp informed fans she would be issuing all viewers a refund. Though a number of people exclaimed they didn’t want a refund, preferring to support the organization by allowing Invicta FC to have their money, it doesn’t look like supporters will have much choice in the matter.
Invicta FC first said all fans had to do was email the company to receive a refund, but Invicta FC co-founder Janet Martin recently issued a statement via Facebook saying the promotion was going to send money back regardless.
Martin posted on Facebook:
Ustream will be making refunds to everyone who purchased a PPV ticket for Invicta FC. We appreciate the support and willingness by many to forgo the refund, but we feel that a full refund for everyone is the fair thing to do in this case. The event was a success in so many ways our fighters gave great athletic performances and our fans were watching and cheering them on! We want to show that our athletes and fans are number one priority, the refunds should post your credit card accounts within 48-72 hours. We look forward to hosting another great event Invicta FC 5 coming up in April, we hope to earn your continued support.

Classy move by Invicta.
