Tyron Woodley has agreed to step into the Octagon on short notice to square off against Jay Hieron at UFC 156. The welterweight is looking to rebound from a title fight against Nate Marquardt and is replacing Erick Silva who was injured in a training accident. Hieron is looking for his first win in the UFC since returning to the promotion earlier in the year.
UFC 156 takes place on February 2 in Las Vegas, Nevada at the Mandalay Bay Events Center.
